Delivery ships goods to EU countries, North and South America, Russia, Norway, Ukraine, Belarus. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email, where you will find tracking number for the package with your goods.

For orders over €100 delivery to EU countries is free. Free delivery applies when ordering a standart parcel delivery

For the parcels shipped outside of European Union: customs and import duties may apply when receiving goods. These duties are paid by the receiver of the parcel. As the tax and customs policy may vary in different countries, we recommend you to contact the local customs or tax board’s representation for additional information. Order is completed and posted within 3 working days. The arrival of the product depends on the postal service. Please note, that during holidays delivery times may be longer than normal. We hope for your understanding.

Return Goods Policy

Purchased from our e-store products can be returned within 14 days from receiving, without disclosing the reason. In this case, within 14 days from receiving your order, you have to send returned items back to us and send an a request to the email: with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name of the item you want to return
  3. Copy (photo) of the receipt from the post office or other shipping company proving that you have shipped goods you want to return, back to us.

We will refund a value of returned goods to you within 14 days from receiving parcel back to us. Shipping costs are not refundable. We will return the money to the same account from which money was received.

Only completely unused product, which has all the labels and other documents and the invoice that came with the parcel, can be returned. In case you want the product to be exchanged or replaced you should write us the products to be exchanged, replaced or mended and in case of an exchange also the sizes wanted. Until receipt of the parcel Calisto Varahaldur cannot take liability for the products. We recommend you to retain the document received at post office to prove the posting later. Please use registered post.

Returning the wrong or poor-quality product

In case the product is defective, let us know about it immediately or not later than within 1 month of finding out about the defectiveness. Send the respective information to the email noting your contact details, the date of making the purchase, the description of the defect of the product and the claim submitted to us.

We do our best to keep VETA products quality on the top level. But In case you get poor-quality product, please return it to us. Also please send us an email with your purchase invoice number, name of the garment with poor quality, and details about poor quality part in the garment. We will return to you both the value of the product and dispatch costs, incl. costs incurred when posting the return. To do that, we ask you to retain the document received at posting and send it to us on the together with the order number.

Exchanging the product

In case the size of the received product did not suit you and you want to exchange the product, you can do it within 14 days of receiving the order. A product can only be exchanged for a different size of the same product. If we are unable to find the requested size for the product returned for exchange we will notify you about it via email.

Returning the money

In case of withdrawal from a contract we will return to you the sums paid, incl. the cost of delivering the product to you, within 14 days after receiving returned product to our facility. Return or exchange shipping costs are not covered by us. We will return the money to the same account from which money was received.
